My Abarth 130 was found on the internet in Dec of 2002. Guess it was a xmas present for myslelf. Went to see the car just before xmas and fell in love with it right away. I saw the Abarth for the first time in 1988 in Norway. Knew about them, but since the Fiat had more or less disappeared from the Swedish market, and the Abarth was never sold there, it was a memory which lasted a long time. I've also got 2 X1/9, which I love very dearly but the Abarth is a totally different car and VERY much loved aswell.
The inside is good. Still have the problem with the classic problem with the Recaro seats. The leather is not the best, there is small cracks in the side panels. And what i have found aswell, the roof decieded to give in, so all of a sudden I was sitting with a roof in my head. Have spoken to many other owners, and seems to me that this is a common problem. The car is showing abit of signs that is a 15 yrs old car, and I guess I have to have understanding for that. It's a classic one !
